Villa Princesa offers a range of luxurious living spaces designed for comfort and elegance. Over four floors, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces to create a perfect environment for living, relaxing and entertainment. Comfortably catering for 8 to 10 guests, serviced daily and fully equipped for your every convenience. Villa Princesa is a completely equipped home from home with everything provided for your convenience. A secure environment with Gatehouse and 24hour security, parking for two to four vehicles within its gated premises and additional guest parking available in the community. Guests can enjoy the use of an electric car charger, two mountain bikes and two city bikes to explore Marbella town, the beach, or the Golden Mile with easy access through the private residents’ gate.

  • Ground Floor: Indoor/outdoor living with access to gardens, terraces and  heated saltwater infinity pool.  Spacious open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped Porcelanosa kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. Luxury bedroom suite with private terrace.
  • First Floor: Features two master suites and a third large bedroom, all with luxury ensuite bathrooms, large TVs and private terraces. Master suites with Nespresso machines and safe.
  • Recreation Level: Equipped with an under-pool view, large seating area, cinema-quality projector, custom pool table, high-end gym, sauna, shower room, additional bedroom, wine bodega, wc and utility room.
  • Solarium Level:  Panoramic views of Marbella & La Concha, chill-out area, heated pool, dining area and full outdoor kitchen, accessible by elevator or stairs.
  • Accessibility: All floors are accessible by elevator, ensuring convenience and ease for all guests.

The Villa Princesa Team

The Villa Princesa team includes two house managers, an experienced concierge, a team of housekeepers and maintenance. Your concierge will organise your every convenience, including chauffeurs, hire cars, recommend a variety of chefs for in house catering, organize your food shopping, help plan excursions, recommend and arrange reservations at the top restaurants and beach clubs. We aim to provide a perfect Marbella experience for the discerning luxury traveller and their family.

Our standard service includes the help and support of the house managers and concierge, daily housekeeping (6 hours), daily fresh towels inside and out, daily cleaning of terraces and pool areas, weekly full clean with linen change, full maintenance of the house, pool, terraces and gardens. Unlimited Nespresso coffee, unlimited organic luxury teas, coffee and drinking chocolate, organic toiletries and on arrival we provide a welcome pack of mostly organic essential foods and a selection of beverages.

Pricing

Villa Princesa – A serviced luxury home in a new Marbella residential community.

New to the Market for Summer 2024 and available for a minimum rental period of 4 weeks, extended stays are welcomed. Please contact the house manager with any questions or for availability and bookings for 2024 and 2025.

  • Peak Season July & August: €148,000 per month
  • Mid Season June, September & Holidays: €128,000 per month
  • Rest of Year: €70,000 per month

Prices include a weekly service charge of €2000 (inclusive of IVA ) to include the support of the concierge and house manager, six hours daily housekeeping, daily fresh towels and beach towels, a weekly full clean with linen change. Pools, terraces and gardens cleaned and maintained, heating of both swimming pools, use of the electric car charger, unlimited Nespresso, unlimited organic luxury teas, coffee and drinking chocolate, luxury toiletries and on arrival, a welcome pack of mostly organic essential foods and a selection of beverages.

A security deposit of €10,000 is required.
